The hotel is like staying with family, close to the town center and suited our purposes well. It offered a great location just outside Warrington while being close to the city.

The hotel's rooms have been refurbished to a good standard, but the housekeeping needs improvement as some lights were not working, and cleanliness was lacking. On the upside, the rooms were warm, bright, but still had wet towels and dirty bedding. The location is convenient near the Manchester Ship Channel and well-connected by buses, although cleanliness in some areas seemed neglected. The service was friendly and helpful, though communication issues were noted with the management.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for my needs, but some issues with the room temperature affected my comfort.
